Yay, Free Shipping to ALL Indonesia!

ROU Batik Online Shop is shipping to all Indonesia for free! 

Please note that this is only for purchase above Rp 500.000. 

We ship to the location that our carriers (TIKI / JNE) covers.

ROU Batik Online Shop is only available in Indonesia.

 

Order Processing Time

It takes around  1-2 working days to prepare and pack your order after we confirmed your payment.　

All successful payment notification will be sent via email. Shipping will be commenced shortly after it.

Shipping time usually takes 1-2 days for Jabodetabek region and 3-4 days for other domestic regions from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery may take longer during holiday and weekend days.

  • Friday 14:00 - Monday 14:00 => Estimated Delivery : Next Tuesday - Wednesday
  • Monday 14:00 - Tuesday 14:00 => Estimated Delivery :Next Wednesday - Thursday
  • Tuesday 14:00 - Thursday 14 :00 => Estimated Delivery : Next Friday - Saturday 
  • Thursday 14 :00 - Friday 14 :00 => Estimated Delivery : Next Saturday - Sunday 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We believe that finding the right Batik is a journey. So when you receive your item, try it out: if the clothes for any reasons is different from what you expected (different from the web image, smaller/bigger size), rest assured! We gladly accept returns or exchanges for all full-priced items within 14 days after you receive your purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Our Custom-Made is only eligible for returns and minor adjustment.

While ready-to-wear products can be returned or exchanged for a different product within similar style for free.

Please keep in mind that all returned and exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations with all tags attached (if applicable). 

A full refund (+ shipping) will be decided on a case by case basis. This will be applicable if there was a mistake on the part of ROU Batik Online Shop, or in the case that the item received is defected/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will be compensated.

Semi-Custom Adjustment Policy

Our goal is to have more people wear Batik. To have you satisfied and comfortable with your purchase, we are happy to help you adjust your Semi-Custom Batik made in ROU with no time limit! Please kindly note that, size and motifs changes are not possible.
